A hotel concept is more holistic, serving as the central idea and forming the basis of your hotel project, which then gets translated into your hotel brand, your product and services, and your sales and communication.

How will we work together if I choose to develop my hotel brand with you?

We create your hotel brand in a collaborative way. We always start all of our hotel projects with a kick-off workshop (on- or offline) to understand your goals, motivations and vision for your hotel brand.

Then when building out your hotel brand and creating your brand design, we incorporate regular feedback loops to make sure that it is true to you.

Once it’s finalised, we’ll train you and your partners/employees on it, and then we’ll provide regular support and guidance until it’s fully and successfully implemented.

What is a sustainable hotel brand?

A sustainable hotel brand is a hotel brand that centres on sustainability; as in, sustainability is central to its story, its positioning and its brand identity system.
